Dianabol is the most popular trade name for the oral anabolic steroid methandienone (methandrostenolone). History

The story behind Dianabol is very interesting. After World War II, the Soviets raced against the West through space travel and sports, as beating each other and proving their way of life superior was considered a cultural victory for both sides.
