Shipping & Delivery

1-) We only use Hermes as a transport company. We cannot work with other transport companies. Please don’t insist.

2-) Our shipping costs are€19 for all packages.  (Fixed costs)

3-) Your package will be shipped within 1 business day.

4-) Your package will be with you in 3-5 business days .

5-) We cannot ship on weekends. We start shipping on Monday. If you order after Friday afternoon or on the weekend, your package will be shipped on Monday morning.

6-) We ship the packages as a cosmetic product and no one can see the inside of the packages. (Data protection)
